Sometimes I say things in my head that I think are funny and I want to write them down. Sometimes I use writing as a way to process my thoughts, which are murky and ungraceful. Mostly this is a self-gratifying interweb experiment that started in 2003 and I keep it up simply because I want to see how it all ends. In some ways, this is better than a photo. I grew up in this blog from 2003 to today.

Delightful Discovery
The grocery store by my house DOES have gluten free pasta which means my current craving for homemade mac and cheese can in fact, be appeased this very evening. Hooray!

Ever try brown rice pasta? If you wash it first, it's quite delicious. Good job with the craving emancipation.
I have yet to try the brown rice pasta with the mac and cheese recipe....i know it is good with spaghetti as you so ardently proved at that potluck....we shall see..
